Delightful and magnificent architectural gem of the pre-war years from 1930, was placed on the Municipal List of Historical Monuments of the City of Zakopane.

It owes its name not to Mickiewicz, but to the first owner Tadeusz. It was particularly liked by the public authorities not only in Poland, but also from other parts of the world. "Pan Tadeusz" is also a sad time of the Nazi occupation and World War II. On February 20, 1940, in "Pan Tadeusz" Mansion and "Telimena" Guesthouse, the 3rd Conference of the Gestapo - NKWD in Zakopane was held, which changed the future of Poland forever.

After the war, the name was changed to Holiday House.
